Is it safe for me to email complete headers for virus emails that were
deleted on my computer to ***@airmail.net. Or is it best to just let it be
and delete the headers.

You can send the headers without fear of sending the virus. the virus will come
as a attachment to the email. Delete the attachment and you should be fine
