I have forwarded several spam messages to IA since the first of October
2005, never a response, all IA seems to do is ping my computer as well
as try to access through MICROSOFT DS and other various events, I have
been being spammed since 09/25/05 and until that date no spam what so
ever. Now I am considering if it is worth it anymore, obviously there
are no spam filters in place or concern about customer service. I have
been with IA loyally since 1996 and am considering changing providers.
trust me with 150 spam emails a day about sex and abuse to women, having
to transfer my email address to those that I CHOOSE to give it to rather
than the Spammers IA gave it to would be the least of two evils. Now, I
expect someone to contact me or I will begin with my roomate and several
other requesting them to change providers. This SPAM stuff needs to be
stopped!

It's a sad comment on the state of affairs. IA along with other small
scale ISP got screwed when the FCC pretty much allowed the big boys to
avoid operating as common carriers. The big boys win, the small guys
go out of business and the consumer loses.

Well all goes along well, you send the spam as requested and ask for
some help..........Nothing - No reply, not even a post. I can Honestly
say I am more upset with the lack of customer service than I am the spam
, that I can delete, you call customer service number and you're on hold
forever. So, What's the deal?

The spam department has been deleted at IA, Mama is no longer
there and nobody else there cares. My contract's up in May, and
I'm gone after that.
