Thanks for the kind words! We operate so under the proverbial radar
that we rarely get compliments. Now if we could just get rid of ALL
the spam perhaps people would notice. Tha's a big perhaps :)

Is there much benefit in forwarding UCE to you? When it was just a
few it wasn't a problem but with the growth of UCE on the 'net
sometimes I'd just as soon delete it. Tried getting a "Macro
recorder" to automate the process but the thing was too clunky to work
well.

There IS a benefit because we can block sources we see in your samples
but... your time is more important than us getting more data. We're
going to get a copy of most spam either by someone sending it to the
abuse box or by one of us receiving it in our own mail boxes. We
appreciate you sending the samples but we also understand that it's
time consuming. We WILL find out if we have a huge flood either from
the customers or from the internal processes running. We just find out
more quickly with reports.

If you have a case of the same company sending you the same garbage
from the same server and you want us to step in, of course, send it
along and let us know what you're seeing. We can usually block it or
contact our peers and ask them to beat the person with a mallet.

Hope this helps,

I'm just amazed at the same trash being sent under the disguise of different
senders and subject lines. Some days are more heavy than others in the
trafficing of spam.

At least we have a proactive abuse dept.

Dang, I was ready to stop till I read what happens when you get a good
lead. Now I guess I still at it. Any chance we can see some photos
of their handy work? :)

What E-Mail Program are you using?
I have one *almost working* with Eudora.
It seems to hang up after the Send awaiting other windows to appear?
I am using the old Recorder that came with Windows 3.1
and PC Magazine Utility RecEdit that allows you to edit
Windows 3.1 Recorder macro files.

You can basically do everything by Keystokes alone without touching
the mouse after you have selected the message and clicked on the
Blah Blah Blah button . . .
ALT+M F => Forward with headers
CTRL+L => Open Address Book
1 Down Arrow => Abuse is the first entry in my address book
Enter or ALT+T => Selects the To: Abuse address for the composition window
CTRL+E => Sends the message
ALT+O => Selects OK on Warning Window Dialog Box asking if it
is OK to send Styled Text
CTRL+F4 => Close my filter notification window
Del => Deletes highlighted filtered message in Abuse Mailbox
CTRL+F4 => Close Abuse Mailbox
CTRL+F4 => Close Address Book
CTRL+F4 => Close Spam Message
Del => Delete original Spam Message

Select the next Spam Message
Click the Blah Blah Blah button
Repeat process (Macro)

Outlook Express,

now that I think of it, I probably should have used key strokes and
not mouse to automate the thing.
